The club boasts acres of manicured lawns with shady trees and a wide variety of on-course facilities to cater for racing enthusiasts, corporate and family race day needs.
The BTC offers extensive range of facilities. With 3 function rooms and a semi-permanent outdoor marquee, the BTC offers plenty of options for your next event, whether it is a seminar, workshop, conference, cocktail party or formal affair.

everyone will enjoy! From a picnic style lunch in your own
cabana through to a cocktail function for 300 people... the
BTC can provide you with your very own Big Day Out at
the Races!
A Picnic at the Races Cabana Package
A picnic style lunch to savour while you and your guests enjoy an afternoon at the races! The Picnic Cabana Package includes race course entry, race book, cabana hire, furniture and picnic-style catering - it’s a fuss-free afternoon at the races and all that’s left for you (or your guests) to organise are the drinks!
Minimum of 20 guests and maximum of 40 guests apply.
Not all cabana packages are available on special events.

● Midweek Races: $35 per person ●
● Sunday Races: $40 per person ●
● Under 12s: $10 per person ●
A Day at the Races Cabana Package
A hearty and wholesome menu to provide your guests with
a satisfying meal while you all enjoy a day at the races! The Race Day Cabana Package includes race course entry, race book, cabana hire, furniture and catering served to your cabana throughout the afternoon - it’s a fuss-free day at the races and all that’s left for you (or your guests) to organise are the drinks!
Minimum of 50 guests.
Not all cabana packages are available on special events.
