Diamond Chimes Marquee

The Diamond Chimes Marquee is in the heart of all the Bunbury Cup Day action! With an exquisite lunch menu and a selection of premium beverages served to your table, the Diamond Chimes Marquee is for those who wish to experience Bunbury Cup Day with style and sophistication!

The Diamond Chimes Marquee comes complete with tote facilities, big screen TVs entertainment and private restrooms so don't ever have to leave the party!

Stay a little longer to enjoy the after Cup entertainment from this exclusive location. A cash bar will be available from 5.30pm. Your Diamond Chimes Marquee ticket includes reserved seating until the conclusion of the concert.

BearLand Tent / BTC Tent Land

The BearLand Tent is your chance to be part of TentLand, without buying the whole tent! Located in the heart of Tent Land, you will have trackside views and direct access to the Bundaberg Rum Swap Team, BearLand is the only place to chill on Bunbury Cup Day! BTC Tent Land is the hub of entertaining on Bunbury Cup Day!

Located at the northern end of the BTC grounds and with sites suitable for 50 to 100 people, Tent Land is ideal for your hassle free corporate function. That is what the Bunbury Turf Club’s hospitality packages are all about, especially on Bunbury Cup Day! By purchasing a Tent Land site, you will receive an entry ticket, race book, catering, beverages and furniture all included in your simple, per person ticket price.

All of the BTC’s Bunbury Cup hospitality sites are popular; in particular Tent Land and BearLand. With limited trackside sites available, get in early to secure your space! Your reservation will only be confirmed when your booking form and payment are received.

Heron Bridge Members’ Deck Luncheon

The Heron Bridge Members’ Deck Luncheon is just what members need – reserved seating in a room with a view!
Your $70 ticket includes reserved seating in the Heron Bridge Members’ Deck on the biggest day of the year. This means you can escape the crowds if you wish and take in all the live racing action from the best seat in the house. You will be greeted with a complementary bottle of Champagne for your table and a light luncheon will also be provided. This is an exclusive members’ function so you must have a BTC member or guest card to attend.

Please note that the dining area in the Heron Bridge Members’ Deck will be roped off and monitored by security at the beginning of the day. This is the only table seating in the Heron Bridge Members’ Deck on Bunbury Cup Day.

Sixteen (16) tables are available indoors. Sorry! Individual ticket sales are not accepted (Tables of 8). One table for five
(5) people is also available.

One (1) “long lunch” table for forty two (42) people is available on the outdoor deck. Individual ticket sales are accepted.

The Heron Bridge Members Deck will be open for BTC members (member and guest card) to use the bar and tote facilities, and to enjoy the magnificent view of the winning post! Please note that this area will be standing room only. The only seating in the Heron Bridge Members’ Deck is for those in the Luncheon.

Rogan Josh Member’s Deck Returned to the Members!

At last, the Rogan Josh Members Deck has been returned to the Bunbury Turf Club members for 2010 XXXX Gold Bunbury Cup, so come and help celebrate.

There is no reservation as this premium viewing location which has standing room only. Private bar and tote facilities will be provided along with members only bathroom facilities.

Come and be a part of the exciting atmosphere in the Rogan Josh room this XXXX Gold Bunbury Cup – Bunbury’s Biggest One Day Party.

Sorry! This exclusive area is reserved only for Bunbury Turf Club’s valued members and room limits will apply.
