Meet young people working in the equine industry and industry specialists who can help you choose a training course and provide you with a work placement.
SPEND THE MORNING EXPLORING:
Job Pathways in Racing
Starting as a Stablehand and leading to careers as a
Jockey/Track Rider, Harness Driver, Farrier, Trainer or
handling mares and foals and preparing yearlings for sale.
Job Pathways in Animal Care and Management
Starting as an Animal Care Attendant working with
animals in a number of settings and leading to a career in
Veterinary Nursing.
THEN IN THE AFTERNOON:
Take in the atmosphere of the Equine Industry as a guest
of the Bunbury Turf Club at a Midweek Race Day.
