Trainers' Fee Structure 2007-08
BTC REGISTERED TRAINERS
Definition:
A registered BTC trainer is one that is registered with RWWA and has nominated this club as
the recipient of his or her starters subsidy.
A non-registered trainer is one not having registered the BTC as the recipient of its training starter subsidy. It is the trainer's responsibility to register directly with RWWA.
BTC Registered Trainers:
| Tier 1 Trainer | $418 per annum (inc GST) |
| Tier 2 Trainer | $308 per annum (inc GST) |
| Tier 3 Trainer | $132 per annum (inc GST) |
Non-Registered Trainers:
| Tier 1 Trainer | $770 per annum (inc GST) |
| Tier 2 Trainer | $550 per annum (inc GST) |
| Tier 3 Trainer | $264 per annum (inc GST) |
The above fee structure entitles the trainer to full use of the training facilities as governed by the track rules.
In addition, trainers will be invoiced $7.00 for each grass gallop, jump out and special gallop.
Seasonal or Casual Use Trainers:
Trainers who have proven seasonal or periodic usage requirements of this track and who
can demonstrate such usage will pay a proportion of the fee based on a monthly pro rata basis.
Minimum Fees:
The minimum fee payable is 25% of the full 12 month fee, plus the applicable grass and gallop fees.
| 1 – 3 Months' Access | 25% of the annual fee |
| 4 Months' Access | 30% of the annual fee |
| 5 Months' Access | 42% of the annual fee |
| 6 Months' Access | 50% of the annual fee |
Note:
As RWWA does not recognize the host training complex when conditioning horses for the
North West, those trainers moving north annually will not receive a seasonal discount as the starter
subsidy will be paid to a North West club.
Visiting trainers can negotiate casual use of facilities by contacting the office. Casual use is defined as use of
facilities for less than a 30-day period.
