What time do gates open on race day?
Gates usually open around 11:30am so you have plenty of time to grab a drink, find your spot and check the form guide before the first race. Exact times will be listed on each event page.
What time is the first race?
First race times change from meeting to meeting, but you will always find them on the Race Days & Events listing and on your ticket info. Keep an eye there for updated times.
Do I need to book tickets in advance?
We recommend it. Some race days and hospitality areas sell out quickly, especially feature days and weekends. If you know you are coming, grab your tickets online early to avoid missing out.
Can I book a table or marquee?
Yes. We offer reserved seating, hospitality packages and marquee options on selected days. Check the event page for available packages or contact the team to chat through options for your group or corporate day.
Is it family friendly?
Absolutely. We are a family friendly venue and kids are welcome. Selected race days also offer family zones and kids activities. Please check the event details for any specific family offerings.
What is the dress code?
Smart casual is perfect for most areas. If you are heading into members or a premium hospitality space, we recommend neat attire. Race day outfits and Fashions on the Field looks are always encouraged.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there is on-site parking close to the course. Follow the signs and our team will direct you on the day.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Please check the event details for current policies. As a general rule, no BYO alcohol is allowed, but food policies may vary across events and areas.
Are there options for dietary requirements?
We work with our catering partners to provide a range of food options. For specific dietary needs for hospitality packages, get in touch with our team before race day so we can advise what is available.
Do you race in all weather?
Racing will usually go ahead in most weather conditions, but safety always comes first. If there are any changes, updates will be posted on our website and social channels.
